What age ranges do you cater for? 👶👧👦

We welcome All children from birth to teenagers. Our Hair Stylists are experienced to work with all age groups and temperaments.

What if my child is scared or uncooperative? 😰

Our stylists are experienced with anxious children. We use have entertainment available, and can work at your child's pace. Parents can stay close for comfort.

Do you require appointments or accept walk-ins? 📅

We primarily work by appointment to ensure minimal waiting time. However, we do accept walk-ins subject to availability.

What payment methods do you accept? 💳

We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and contactless payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment? 📅

Please give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. You can call us at 01923 593 259 to change or cancel the appointment. Same-day cancellations may incur a £10 fee.

What happens if I'm late or don't show up? ⏰

If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to avoid delays for other customers. No-shows without 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. We understand emergencies happen - please call us on 01923 593 259!

Can I book online or do I need to call? 📱

You can book through our Online Booking System with Treatwell or call us directly. For same-day appointments, please call us on 01923 593 259 as we may have last-minute availability.

  • Advance Booking: We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends
  • Confirmation: All appointments confirmed within 24 hours by phone or email
  • Cancellations: 24-hour notice required to avoid charges
  • Late Arrivals: 10+ minutes late may result in re-appointment
  • No-Show Policy: 50% service charge applies without 24-hour notice
  • Emergency Exceptions: Medical emergencies and transport delays considered case-by-case
